L’idea dei The Ammonoids nasce nel lontano 2012 da Matteo (voce e chitarra) e Giacomo (basso). Dopo anni di piccoli concerti che non portano a nulla, con un drastico cambio di formazione prendono Lorenzo come batterista nel 2017, senza ancora avere nulla di registrato. Dopo circa due anni cominciano a muoversi all’interno della scena di Roma, proponendo il loro punk rock veloce e rozzo, ma melodico. Nell’estate del 2019 registrano il loro primo EP “Devonian”.
